Elena then shows Golu’s picture to Asha and tells Sona that he was unplanned. Bejoy sees the picture and sees Dev’s message. Sona snatches the phone from him to see but her phone switches off before Sona can see anything. Just then, Sourabh and Ronita come downstairs and they leave. Bejoy then scolds Elena for coming back to spy on them. Elena leaves crying and Bejoy tells Sona that she has come here to spy on them. Elena tells Dev about it and he tells her that he will find out. He tells her off and asks her to go home. Dev sneaks into Sona’s room and reminisces about their past moments. Elena comes home crying as Mamaji and Ishwari (Supriya Pilgaonkar) ask her what’s wrong. Elena tells Ishwari about what Dev wanted to find out and that she couldn’t find anything. She cries inconsolably and Mamaji is the only one who empathises with her.Dev finds a file in Sona’s room. He sees their wedding picture on it and gets emotional. He then looks at the other documents. He opens the cupboard and to keep the files. He finds another file from a nursing home in Kolkata which has Sona’s medical reports and details of her pregnancy. He finds Suhana’s birth certificate and reminisces of the night that they conceived. Dev is elated to find out that Suhana is his daughter. He hears Sona and Suhana’s voice and decides to leave but stops to looks at some pictures on the wall. Just then, Suhana enters the room and Dev looks at her lovingly. She is surprised and happy to see him. Suhana runs to call Sona but Dev leaves by the time Sona enters the room. Ishwari is restlessly waiting for Dev as he enters and hugs her with happiness. Dev tells her that he is very happy today and his dream has come true. He tells her that he feels alive after a long time and tells her about Suhana. Everyone except Radha and Vicky are really happy to hear this. Ishwari finds it difficult to believe but is happy to find out that she is a grandmother now.
