Bejoy and Asha also reach the location at that time and tell them that Sona (Erica Fernandes) had reached here to save someone. Asha gets a call from Sona just then and Ishwari snatches the phone asking about Dev (Shaheer Sheikh). She tells her that his treatment is going on and gives them the address. Ishwari reaches the hospital and faces Sona for the first time in seven years. The doctor then tells them that Dev’s condition is stable now since Sona got him at the right time. Ishwari rushes to meet Dev as Mamaji thanks her.Sona waits in the hospital and cancels all her appointments. Ishwari comes to talk to Sona and thanks her for saving Dev’s life. She tells her that she never thought they would meet like this after so many years and she saved Dev’s life even after whatever happened. Sona tells her that anyone would have done that and that she doesn’t to force any relationships on them. Bejoy comes to take her and before leaving, Sona goes to meet Dev. Vicky stops Sona from going inside and she asks him to get out of her way. She forcefully enters the room with the entire family as the police is interrogating Dev. Sona and Dev keep looking at each other. He tells Ishwari that he is okay now. Sona tells him that she wants to clear things. Sona tells them that she saved Dev’s life only because he saved hers the other day. She tells him that they are even now and leaves. Dev gets discharged and Ishwari comes to take care of him in his room. He figures that Ishwai has to tell him something and asks her to talk. She tells him that she thought Sona saved his life because she loved him but she just did so to get even.She then tells him how scared she was the other day when he was in the hospital. She also tells him that she had thanked Sona for saving his life. Ishwari tells him that she had never thought of separating Dev and Sona and that it was she who left. Ishwari and Dev have a conversation about relationships and she leaves disappointed. Sona sees Suhana draw a picture of a man with ‘My Dad’ written on it. She asks Suhana about it and she tells her that it’s a school assignment.Sona reminisces about Dev and Suhana takes her drawings back. Golu comes and tells Dev that he prayed for him. Ishwari enters with turmeric milk and he taunts her. Golu shows Dev the ‘Thank You’ card that he made for Sona and asks her name. Radha scolds Vicky for getting Dev beaten up but he blames it on Sona. Radha explains to him that he can’t do anything to harm someone’s life, especially Dev. In the morning, Daadi and Sourabh enter the house in style. Daadi and Sourabh are talking about their Europe tour.They talk about Sona’s childhood friend, Jatin, who has always been there for her. Sourabh hints Sona to look at the newspaper. Sona tells Bejoy that Dev has told the media someone gave some wrong suggestions about illegal work. She reads how he boasts about himself in the interview and Sourabh gets angry but Bejoy calms them down.
